Marne Turnbull is a seasoned conflict resolution professional with over 30 years experience in mediation, training and coaching. Her work spans family and workplace settings, where she brings empathy, clarity, and structure to complex interpersonal issues.

Marne specializes in family and divorce mediation as well as workplace conflict. Her services include communication and sensitivity coaching, New Ways for Work coaching, and team facilitation. She uses the Harvard model, focusing on preparation, clear agendas, empathetic listening, and collaborative problem-solving.

Her work has supported organizations such as the ADR institute of Alberta, EAP Programs, the University of Alberta School of Business, Grant MacEwan, Edmonton Police PSB Roster and several mediation rosters.
