Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
1. Where is the Members-Only section?
There is no specific Members-Only section. However, some parts of the website, such as the Membership Directory, are only visible to members and access to those sections is available after a member logs in.
2. Why can't I see the Club Directory?
You must be logged in to see certain parts of the website. When you log in, you will see Directory and Club Info in the horizontal menu at the top of the screen.
3. Why can't I see all the upcoming events?
You must be logged in to see and register for special events. The general meetings are visible on the Home page without logging in.
4. How can I change my address or other information in my Profile?
Log in and select the orange Profile icon in the upper right corner of the screen. Then select View Profile.
5. How do I add a Probus event to my calendar program?
Go to the event page and open the event details. In the top-right corner of the event details page, click the Add to my calendar dropdown menu and choose the calendar program you want to add the event to. If you choose an online calendar program (e.g. Google Calendar) you'll be asked to sign in. If you choose any other calendar, a .ICS file automatically downloads that you can import into your calendar program.
